Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by Softalika, the company that builds AMOS. Softalika is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. For any question about your data, write to amos@softalika.com.

Contact form: your name, the e-mail address or phone number you give us, your message and, if you fill it in, a date. We use them only to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to talk with you about a pilot of AMOS. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)). Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and to protect the site and the form against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

We share your data only with the service providers that run this site, and only for the purposes above: - Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, checks that the contact form is sent by a person and not a bot (Cloudflare Turnstile), and delivers the e-mail that tells us about your message. - Our e-mail provider stores that e-mail in our mailbox. These providers may process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area under their data processing terms.

Contact form messages are deleted automatically after 90 days. If we start working together, we keep our correspondence for as long as the work and our legal record-keeping duties require.

You can ask us for access to your personal data, for its correction or deletion, to restrict its processing or to receive a copy, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 15-21, KVKK Art. 11). Write to amos@softalika.com and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), in the European Union the authority of the country where you live or work.
